Service Fees :
Individual Psychotherapy: 50 minute session ($195)
Career Counseling: 50 minute session ($195)
Career Counseling Material Review Outside of Session: Pro-rated ($150/hour)
*Limited sliding scale spots may be available for qualified clients
Payment:
Payment is due at the end of each session. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted.
Insurance:
Counseling Central Austin is an out-of-network insurance provider for all insurance carriers. An insurance claim form can be provided for you to submit a claim for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage options.. Typically this results in a significant portion of your fee being reimbursed to you by insurance once you reach your deductible. If you plan on filing for out-of-network benefits, please contact your insurance provider directly to determine your options, co-insurance amount and procedures for reimbursement. If you have any questions regarding this please let me know and we can discuss further.
Cancellation Policy:
24 hour cancellation policy. Client will be charged full appointment fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours notice.
Good Faith Estimate Notice:
Under recently enacted federal law, healthcare providers need to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services. You have a right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy. This typically will not be an issue, as fees for therapy services are clear up front and payment is due after every session. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute that bill.
